Payment and Orders

a. All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

b. Payment can only be made through POSB i-banking or funds transfer.

POSB Savings Account: 228-27143-8

c. All payments made are non-refundable.

d. All orders and place of collection will be confirmed via email upon payment.

e. Receipient's address and time slot has to be confirmed via email latest by 1 DAY BEFORE THE DELIVERY.

f. Kindly keep all supporting documents, incase of any event where verification is needed. E.g. Receipt.

g. Once payment is received, an order number will be given to you.

h. If your order requires amendment, please inform us 1 day in advance. However, it will be subjected to availability.

a. Delivery
All prices stated INCLUDES delivery charges.

b. Delivery time slots:
   - Slot 1: Before Lunch
   - Slot 2: After Lunch
   - Slot 3: After Work

d. If the recipient is not available at the point of delivery, a delivery charge of SGD20 will be levied to deliver the flowers to a different or same address at a later time.

e. Present Delivery for Valentine's Day 2013
    • A charge of SGD15 will be levied on the customer for picking up the present and Lovely Bouquets shall not be held responsible for any damages to the present during the course of delivery.
